Construction and Fit Details
The Sempre Halter Bra ties at the nape of the neck, allowing the fit to be adjusted across sizes XS to XL without separate size-specific hardware. The lower chest line sits higher than a cropped top but lower than a standard sports bra band, giving a clean silhouette under leggings with a high-waisted fit. The removable EVA foam pads sit in a lined interior pocket and can be removed for washing or for activities where the practitioner prefers a lighter, pad-free feel. The bra pairs naturally with the Sempre Leggings and Sempre Shorts, which share the same 92% TENCEL Lyocell and 8% spandex construction. Support Level and Activity Ceiling
The Sempre Halter Bra provides low-to-medium support appropriate for controlled studio movement. The halterneck construction distributes load at the nape rather than across the back, which is adequate for yoga, pilates, barre, and reformer but not for the repetitive vertical impact of running or HIIT. For sustained high-impact activity, a bra with encapsulated support and a back band is the correct choice. For Bikram-style hot yoga at 105 degrees Fahrenheit, TENCEL Lyocell absorbs moisture rather than wicking it, which can feel heavy at maximum sustained output. For standard yoga, warm yoga, reformer, and barre, performance is genuine. The TENCEL Lyocell fiber carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification at the fiber level through Lenzing AG. Bellissima does not currently hold finished-product OEKO-TEX certification.
